Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at YourGynac, W/O Saji Philip, C-67-Z-1, Pocket C, Dilshad Garden, Shahdara, New Delhi 110095, India (“YourGynac”). The Website is an online portal run by YourGynac. YourGynac places its highest value on your trust and put top priority on protecting your Personal Information and this privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how YourGynac will collect, use, share and process Personal Information in relation to the services provided on the Website.By accepting this Policy, you understand and agree to the collection, use, sharing and processing of Personal Information as described herein. If you provide YourGynac with Personal Information about someone else, you confirm that they are aware that you have provided their information and that they consent to YourGynac’s use of their information according to this Policy. Information We Collect

Health and Sensitive Information: Detailed health-related data you share while using the Services.Examples include menstrual history and cycle data, reproductive or pregnancy history, symptoms, medical and gynaecological history, family health history, consultation notes, diagnosis and treatment information, prescriptions, lab results, and any other medical data you upload or discuss in consultations and forums. Under Indian law this is “sensitive personal data,” e.g. information about physical or physiological health and medical records We handle such sensitive data with additional care and require your explicit consent to process it.Technical and Usage Data: Device and connectivity data collected automatically when you use the Services. This may include your IP address, device type/ model, operating system and version, browser or app version, unique device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID), network information (e.g. mobile carrier), and location data (to the extent enabled on your device). YourGynac is not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions or inactions of any third parties that receive your Personal Information. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, YourGynac shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event. The term “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of YourGynac and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, civil disturbances, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, pandemic or national/state lockdown due to any reason and any other similar events not within the control of YourGynac and which YourGynac is not able to 7 overcome.

Non-Personal Information: Non-personal information means information that does not specifically identify an individual or business, but includes information from you, such as your browser type, the URL of the previous websites you visited, your Internet Service Provider (ISP), operating system and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. YourGynac may gather any non-personal information regarding how many people visit this Website, the pages they visit, their IP address, and the type of browser they used while visiting the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Non-Personal Information”). YourGynac may also collect Non-Personal Information that you voluntarily provide, such as information included in response to a questionnaire or a survey conducted by YourGynac.
